The Business Development team establishes marketing and sales strategies, and creates business performance based on understanding our customer, market, and products. We are constantly communicating with our customers through the awarding of contracts, pricing, and volume negotiations, mid to long term contracts and regular meetings.
Design and Solutions Team
The D&S team is focused on improvement of manufacturing process and automatic system, and research for new technology. By developing and optimizing manufacturing process and increasing product performance and production efficiency, we maximize the value of our product. Based on our knowledge of manufacturing technology and investment in next generation technology, unmanned production systems and automatic systems are currently being developed.

Quality Management Team
The QM Team plans and operates various programs and processes for quality management. Improving customer satisfaction and enhancing company competitiveness is our goal. All quality issues identified from raw material to finished goods are improved by using analytical tools. We initiate preventative inspection and maintain quality improvements. The team specializes in ISO certification and the preparation of customer audits.
Manufacturing Engineering team I
The Manufacturing Engineering Team I performs work which include cutting plate to process design of fabrication assembly. The team also works to develop new products by supporting stable mass-production and cooperating with relevant teams. We research production methods to enhance productivity, upgrading fixture and improve stability of the production line. Our goal is to prevent problems and issues from occurring during production.
Manufacturing Engineering Team II
The Manufacturing Engineering Team II is involved from the start of developing new products to the finished good, performing various projects by cooperating with relevant teams. The team produces samples, develops new products, maintains, and improves production process. Based on our accumulated experience, the team is constantly preparing for the future technology.
Production Management Team
The Production Management Team uses MES system, establishing production plan, managing supply and demand of material, cost control, planning production, managing production status, making full use of production facility and enhancing productivity by managing schedule and installing equipment.
Nesting Team
The Nesting Team plans on how to arrange and cut the plate with various material, thickness and size in the best method. The team manages stocks of entire cutting product and places the item per the cutting machine (Gas, Plasma, Laser). Our goal is to improve yield rate to satisfy quality and to enhance competitivity.
Machining Team
The Machining Team processes work from cutting to metal forming. The team develops MES system for management of facility and components. The team supplies components and manages stocks by using MES and manages facility and manpower to increase maximum competitiveness. The team focuses on securing component quality and reducing lead time.
Production Team I
The Production Team I manages facility and manpower in the field to produce product which meets the customer requirement. The team secures processing ability by optimizing facility condition and operating efficient manpower. The team focuses on performing field management to prevent defect or shipping delay and enhancing productivity and quality by optimizing robot welding system and consistent field improvement activity.
Production Team II
The Production Team II analyzes required productivity and base productivity for facility and manpower. The team identifies ability for available resource and analyzes index related to production. The team optimizes facility by making full use of capacity and analyzes production trend to resolve any restriction. Improving inefficient production and establishing system optimization logic is one of our many goals.
Logistics Team
The Logistics Team delivers items JIT (just in time) and manages optimum stock Level. The team pursues minimizing loss and establishing shipping plans based on the customers requirements and production status.
Management
HSE Team
The HSE Team manages and supports environmental safety for Corporate Sustainability Management. The team manages environmental safety of facility and focuses on preventing accidents, operating safety culture movement, measuring work environment, investigating musculoskeletal risk factor, improving field, managing firefighting facility, and instructing disaster response.
General Affairs Team
The General Affairs Team plans and manages efficient management system to maximize management performance and help employees to use their own abilities. The team evaluates fair and objective performance of employees, planning promotion and reward, researching reward and benefit optimized to our company and establishing training and management plan for employees to meet the management goal.
Facility Control Team
The Facility Control Team constructs and maintains new facilities and structures. The team manages and maintains systems to stably control our facility (ex. cutting machine, machine tool, oil pressure equipment, transportation equipment etc.). The team is in charge of supplying and managing electricity, gas and compressed air, and controlling energy in factory and maintaining production facility.

The Finance Team’s fundamentals lie in understanding the accounting and finance of the Company, managing the company efficiently, maximizing performance, securing financial solvency by controlling risk factors and supporting to continuous growth. The team provides financial information which meet accounting standards and requirements to the interested parties and prioritizes on stably financing the Company and managing exchange risk management.
Material Purchasing Team
Material Purchasing TeamThe Material Purchasing Team purchases proper quantity for all material, facility, etc. at the proper time and proper price for cost reduction and stable production. The team manages suppliers and costs to ensure quality at competitive costs. The team also establishes efficient purchase process, evaluates suppliers and controls purchase risk.
Technical Training Center
Technical Training Center
The Technical Training Center manages national human resource development project supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and Human Resources Development Service of Korea. The team secures training equipment such as robot welding machine, etc. to enhance competitiveness for small and medium sized businesses. The team also supports to training for skilled manpower in welding and machining field and training for employees to improve job productivity.
