The Quality Management Team maintains and operates quality management system. The team establishes strategy for quality and manages fulfillment of contracted quality. The team performs test of products and components, standardization of manufactures, and training suppliers for quality. The team is involved in suggesting technical solution for quality issues and customer requirements.
Precision Control Team
The Precision Control Team instructs, manages, and improves machining, assembly and loading processes to meet the shape and dimension from the initial design. The team measures, simulates and manages data and analyzes error by using measured data to identify defects during assembly. The team indexes current quality for dimension, analyzes and identify root cause of problems and measures facility within the Company.
Production Management Team
The Production Management Team establishes the annual business plan by analyzing annual pricing and assessment of medium and long-term contract. The Team manages production schedule and performs manpower management, production planning and production process management.
Manufacturing Engineering Team
The Manufacturing Engineering Team establishes the production and process plan. The team focuses on developing new businesses, processes, production methods, systems and production equipment to improve productivity. The team finds the optimal methods by cooperating with customers to meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
Production Planning Team
The Production Planning Team plans overall activity for continuous growth and production management. The team supports management from planning to performance management to meet the Company’s vision and target.
Pre-Erection Team
The Pre-Erection Team establishes production schedule to produce PE assemblies that are constructed by various blocks. The team solves problems between processes during production and plans and manages production process and manpower to meet schedule.
Assembly Team
The Assembly Team participates in the first step for block production. The team establishes detailed action plan for each part (cutting, machining, minor assembly, sub-block assembly and block assembly).
Piping and Outfitting Team
The Piping and Outfitting Team performs overall management activities to install pipe and steel outfitting efficiently for ship operation.
Painting Team
The Painting Team controls condition before and after block painting for merchant ship and specialized ships. The team manages paint, design and technical support for painting, painting facility and material and production process.
Scaffolding Team
The Scaffolding Team erects scaffolds to make safe workplace for all process such as assembly, painting, outfitting and pre-election.

General Affairs Team
The General Affairs Team secures and maintains outstanding manpower to strengthen employee’s core capabilities and promotes heathy culture at work. The team acquires and disposes of Company property, leases external approval applications and permits, manages various residences, manages external documents and mail, and perform tasks to support communication with employees. The team focuses on achieving these tasks to smooth business operations and maximize company value.
Facility Control Team
The Facility Control Team constructs and maintains production facility and structure to enhance productivity and maximize profit. The Team controls the energy related to the factory and checks and maintains production facility. The team supports facility maintenance tasks such as securing machine operation rate, reducing maintenance costs, and minimizing unexpected equipment failures.
HSE Team
The HSE Team manages safety, health and environment. The team creates a safe and pleasant workplace, introducing and operating an environment, safety and health management system, conducting risk assessments to prevent safety accidents and establishing measures to prevent recurrence of accidents. In addition, the team operates a chemical safety management system and makes continuous efforts to protect the health and environment of our employees.

Finance Team
The Finance Team performs financial planning and execution according to the business plan, short- and long-term financing and operation plans, provision of various guarantees required for ship construction, foreign exchange risk management, trade finance business, and corporate credit evaluation management. The team provides solutions to various accounting and tax issues that arise during business operations and actively support business activities by producing financial information necessary for decision-making.
Material Purchasing Team
The Material Purchasing Team finalizes purchase contracts for all foreign and domestic materials required for ships and offshore plants and establishes all plans for material purchases. The team focuses on managing business partners, materials, surplus goods, customs clearance and transportation-related contracts and shipment management, etc. The team contributes to Company-wide cost reduction with our business acumen and competence at home and abroad.
